Welcome to Monroe United Methodist Church!
Monroe United Methodist is an open and affirming church. All are invited and all will be welcome. We are a community of Christian disciples of Christ, working every day to live into the life that God has given us. You are invited to visit and participate in our community of believers. We will honor and support you in your desire to live your own faith journey, to discover you own Christian identity, and to express your faith in your way. We ask only that you give us the same courtesy and support.
We are dedicated to developing mature and fully devoted followers of Christ. We are working at making disciples for Christ – ourselves included – who will know, love, and serve God by doing all the good we can, in all the places we can, with all the people we can. A gift for first-time guests
If you are visiting Monroe UMC for the first time, stop by the Get Connected Center in the front entrance hall after the service to claim your gift – ceramic coffee mug which is ideal for your favorite piping hot drink.
Additional mugs are available for $5 each in the Church Office or Get connected Center. Proceeds allow Monroe UMC to give mugs to first-time guests.
